Access / [Iwaso] The inn constantly watching over Miyajima.

It takes 28 minutes by JR train from Hiroshima station to Miyajimaguchi station.
Please go on board from Miyajimaguchi port to Miyajima port. 10 minutes by ferry.
JR or Matsudai ferry departs every 15 minutes (8:30am - 6:30pm). The last ferry departs at 10:42pm from Miyajimaguchi.

Please take an airport limousine bus bound for Hiroshima Station. About 50 minutes by bus.

It takes 80 minutes from Air port to Miyajimaguchi by car.

Free Shuttle Bus: When you arrive at Miyajima ferry port, please contact us at anytime. We will pick you up. You can ask tourist information desk to call us at ferry port. Iwaso is a 15 minutes away from Miyajima ferry port.

Only 3 min walk to Itsukushima shrine. (300m)
5 min drive / 15 min walk from ferry port to IWASO. (1000m)
10 min walk to cable car station. (600m)

After Dinner: You can enjoy lighting-up Sanctuary and Tori gate every evening. You can also take opportunity to visit the shrine by ship (Feel free to ask us more information. Fee: JPY 1,500 /person).

After taking a bath: Fresh breeze from Momiji-dani valley is nice and gentle. Momiji-dani Park is one of the loveliest places in Miyajima. You can sit and relax around Iwaso after taking a bath. If you are lucky, you can meet friendly wild young deer and raccoons around us.
